3 Special Crafts in Membrane Switch Manufacturing -- Light Color Background

In last week, we have explained you the second special crafts in Membrane Switch Manufacturing -- Glossy Window with Matte Surface. The special process we are going to introduce today is probably the most special one, which you may never have heard of. JRPanel named it Light Color Background.

DEFNITION OF LIGHT COLOR BACKGROUND

As the name implies, the background here refers to the background of the graphic layer of the membrane switch product. So what kind of color is considered as light color? Let's take a look at this color comparison image.

Four colors are shown in this image: 20% Gray, 10% Gray, 5% Gray and White. In JRPanel, if the background color is lighter than 20% Gray, then it meets the definition of a light background.

LIGHT COLOR BACKGROUND PROCESS

For the light backgrounds mentioned above, JRPanel will always take a second printing. At the JRPanel factory, screen printing is done in layers, and the background color is usually printed first. During the first printing of the light background, our engineers found that the panel also had some light transmission. If the panel is mounted on an LED or LCD at this time, we will find that some of the light will penetrate the light colored panel, causing the entire panel to " shine".

However, JRPanel's engineers found that such problems would be effectively solved if the panel was printed again at this point. The second printing would be a more complete coating of the substrate. At this point, the entire panel is no longer translucent, although the color is still light. Since the background color is full enough, when all the colors are printed, the visual effect of the whole panel will be surprising.

Now JRPanel has explained all the 3 special crafts in Membrane Switch Manufacturing to you. In the future, we will continue to bring you knowledge about membrane switches in the future. Welcome to follow us!

Identify Different Types of Transformer Cores, Based on Materials

Hi guys, this is JRPanel ! In previous  blog s, we have introduced several points about High Frequency Transformer, like  bobbins  and  Flat Spiral Coil . In this blog, JRPanel would like to introduce the commonly used magnetic cores in transformers ,  based on materials.   Generally speaking, the material of the core determines the environment in which the transformer is used. A transformer that uses a core of a different material will have its performance affected, may even be non-functional.   By material, magnetic cores are generally divided into the  several  categories . JRPanel will introduce them one by one to help you understand more fully.   1. Manganese Zinc Ferrite Core Mn-Zn core is a soft magnetic core with high initial permeability (2000~15000). The higher the initial permeability, the lower the surface resistance, so it is generally used in circuits below 1 MHz. Mn-Zn core has a high saturation ...

The Real Voice of JRPanel Users From All Over the World

Since the birth of the brand, JRPanel has been upholding the goal of becoming a "one-stop professional intelligent manufacturer" , having   witnessed the successful output of hundreds of customized products for enterprises.   B ecause of this long-term goal that JRPanel has grown and become famous in the overseas manufacturing market for its  "High  Q uality", " F ast  D elivery", and " Excellent   S ervice" . This will help you understand the true image of JRPanel in the minds of our partners around the world. (The follo...

The Relationship Between Plastic Nameplates and Membrane Switches

Before the 1970s, most nameplates   were made of metal materials. Today, plastic  nameplates   have been widely used in household appliances, instruments, meters, office equipment and other fields, and have become an indispensable part of electromechanical products. It not only plays the role of trademark identification, specification model, function indication, etc., but also becomes an element that reflects the appearance of the product.   With the continuous use of new materials and new processes, the surface of plastic  nameplates   is constantly improving, and it has become the crystallization of three major technologies: comprehensive surface treatment, processing and molding, and screen printing.   Plastic  nameplates   can be divided into 2 types according to their material processing methods and objects of use:   1. The injection-type plastic  nameplate   is made of ABS, PC and other engineering injection molding, and ...
