A few days ago, we received a sample from a customer. The sample is shown in the picture. We can find that the samples sent by customers are seriously damaged.
The display window has become incomplete. The button ink is also peeling off. In short, it is nearing the end of service life.
On this basis, our team will do repair work for our customers, or more accurately, copy work.
Then how does JRPanel repair/re-make this broken membrane switch?
First, we need a design drawing for production. The JRPanel team can complete the design of production drawings based on physical samples.
With the first version of the production drawings, we will confirm some detailed designs with customers to ensure product customization. The following is our final drawing before production.
The first step of production: modulate the required color. This step has been introduced in the previous video, so I won’t repeat it here. In short, we will control the color difference to the minimum.
After getting the inks we need, we will then enter the standardized production process of membrane switch panels.
The final product is shown in the picture below.
Take out the samples received before and compare them, and the two are almost the same. We successfully completed a one-to-one copy. The shape and display window are the same as those of the sample, pattern complete and screen printing high-precising. This means that our "repair work" was done very perfect.
If you want to repair a broken membrane switch or panel, then send it to JRPanel.
