How Does JRPanel Assemble Your Membrane Switches

Let's talk about the assembly of membrane switches. 1.  Installing LED and baking   For products that require LEDs, JRPanel engineers will attach the LEDs to the corresponding circuits. The printed circuits are subsequently put into the oven for baking.   2.  Cutting Cable   Engineers will cut out the cables in bulk with a cutting die or laser cutting.   3.  Installing Male Pin   Before installing the Male Pin, the end of the Cable must be cut flat. Next, the Cable is placed under the machine and by pressure, the Male Pin is positioned and fixed at the end of the Cable. This step is to ensure the conductivity of the product.   4.  Silver Paste Die-pressing   Silver paste die-pressing is a heat embossing process on the circuit layer with a die. At JRPanel, the dies used for this process are all aluminum plates. Therefore, compared to metal domes, the die-pressing process results in the long service life of the keys.   5.  Attaching Backing Adhesive   Attach the adhesive to the back

Something You Need to Know About Transformers

Transformers are important in our daily lives. They exist in the electrical equipment related to power supply. Let's talk about something about transformers.   1.  Difference between high frequency   transformers   and low frequency transformers   In general, low-frequency transformer refers to "power frequency transformer". It works at 50Hz, and changes the voltage. The iron core used in low-frequency transformer is generally silicon steel sheet with high magnetic permeability.   High frequency transformer refers to a transformer that works at high frequency and acts as a transducer. The frequency of the magnetic field is high, eddy currents will be generated in the silicon steel sheet (the conversion speed of the small magnet in the silicon steel sheet cannot keep up), so the high frequency transformer usually use high frequency ferrite as the core.   The difference between high frequency transformer and low frequency transformer lies in the difference in frequency. It

Application of In-mold Decoration Technology

In-Mold Decoration (IMD) is a plastic product surface decoration process. It helps people to get the desired shape and size of the part by molding the material, and also can give the external surface of the part certain physical, chemical, electrical and tactile decorative engineering properties, etc. It is increasingly applied to different products in various industries by designers. For example: ①  It can give injection molded parts higher abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, antibacterial, water resistance, rust resistance, anti-magnetic, anti-static, anti-radio interference, anti-ultraviolet radiation, glossiness, smoothness, color vividness, etc.; ②  It can improve the heat resistance, fire resistance, flame resistance, insulation, electrical conductivity, etc. of the extruded parts; ③ It  can improve the plastic parts (plates, tubes) hardness resistance, shock resistance, luminous, reflectivity, etc.; ④  It can improve the cold resistance, moisture abs

Different Types of Tape Used in High Frequency Transformer

Hi guys, glad to see you here again! In previous JRPanel videos, you must have found that the   high frequency transformer   is always wapped in yellow tape.   In this blog, JRPanel would like to introduce you the different types of tape used in High Frequency Transformer. 1.  Mara Tape   Mara tape, also known as polyester tape, uses polyester film as the base material and the adhesive is acrylic flame retardant adhesive. This kind of tape has excellent resistance to chemicals and moisture, and can resist cuts and abrasions.  Because of its flame retardant and insulating characteristics, mara tape is often used as insulation between windings of high and low frequency transformers and as a core fixing material for transformers. There are many colors of Mara Tape, usually red, blue, yellow, white, etc.  It has certain elasticity and stretchability, and one side is coated with adhesive. It is widely used in transformers, motors, capacitors and other types of electronic components  for

Things You Don't Know About Screen Printing in Membrane Switch Manufacturing

Hi guys, this is JRPanel! As a professional one-stop industrial manufacturer, we aim to share the most valuable contents with people who are interested in Membrane Switch, Sheet Metal, PCB and High Frequency Transformer.   In this blog, JRPanel would like to take you to explore more about  Screen Printing in Membrane Switch Manufacturing . These points will help you understand more fully the screen printing process in JRPanel factory. First let's introduce the decorative inks for the  graphic   layer and the tips  notable during printing, summaried by JRPanel engineers .   1.  The ink used on the  graphic layer  is solvent volatile ink. There are actually many varieties of this type of ink. However, when selecting, it is necessary to consider the ink fineness, color purity, color coverage, and bonding fastness with the substrate.   2.  In multi-color printing, following the principle of printing dark colors first and then printing light colors is important. When printing light co

Identify Different Types of Transformer Cores, Based on Materials

Hi guys, this is JRPanel ! In previous  blog s, we have introduced several points about High Frequency Transformer, like  bobbins  and  Flat Spiral Coil . In this blog, JRPanel would like to introduce the commonly used magnetic cores in transformers ,  based on materials.   Generally speaking, the material of the core determines the environment in which the transformer is used. A transformer that uses a core of a different material will have its performance affected, may even be non-functional.   By material, magnetic cores are generally divided into the  several  categories . JRPanel will introduce them one by one to help you understand more fully.   1. Manganese Zinc Ferrite Core Mn-Zn core is a soft magnetic core with high initial permeability (2000~15000). The higher the initial permeability, the lower the surface resistance, so it is generally used in circuits below 1 MHz. Mn-Zn core has a high saturation flux density and causes lower losses, making it one of the most desirable
